Problem Note 44793: The RENAME function does not rename a password protected data set when a password is encoded with PROC PWENCODE
When a password has been encoded with PROC PWENCODE, the RENAME function does not rename the data set.
When the encoded password is written to an external file and that value is read into a DATA step variable, it is desirable to specify that variable name in the RENAME function and have it resolve to the encoded password.
